1st Car Accident

Sunday, January 27, 2008 Got into my first car accident.:down:
I was coming off a right turn, when all of a sudden, my car fishtails and I end up hitting a minivan full of kids. (Thank God everyone was alright). My motor starts and runs, but i do have frame damage. So i'll be in the market for a chassis after all of the insurance stuff is settled. I'll post some pics later tonight.

ya i'm suspicious of that too. i think it was rain + exuberance, possibly with a side of inexperience and maybe some bad decision making. but i could be wrong :rolleyes:

either you can't drive, or you had bald tires.

I came out of the stop light.
I think it was due to multiple negative factors.
Bad tires + wet road + over steering.
I have my factory open diff on.

been fortunate enough that my two "BAD" accidents involved only me...
The first Silvia I wrecked had brand new Falken tires on it and I hit the cross walk in the rain...corrected, then hit the second and went into a guard rail.

Automatics can be a bitch when you loose it. Learnt alot in those few seconds though.
