What Spark plugs and gap? KA24e 89 s13

I have searched for a while and have yet to find answers for a single cam on which spark plugs would be the best to use and what gap would be ideal.

Sorry if i missed the thread talking about these but i got sick of looking so if you could help me out or direct me to the thread that would be great.

a ngk Bkr7e or Bkr6e will work fine.
you should be able to just stick them in w/out gapping them.
maybe like .032 if you really feel like gapping them

Ngk Iridiums 7's pre-gapped soo just throw em in there.

which one do you feel is better? anymore options? on spacing or plugs?
