Alright, I can start a Group Sale thread as soon as they admins get back to me. We went with good quality "Hanes Beefy T's" so the price went up 2 dollars, $15 picked up in Covina or $17 Shipped in the great 48, anywhere else- let me know you folks from canada, japan as well as the other 2 states lol and I will get you a shipping quote. I have talked to pretty much every mod on the site, I dont know whats takin em. But on the positive note, the black & purple are DONE, the white and black will be made tomorrow. The stickers are gonna be a little expensive because we went baller and got REAL GOLD FLAKE material, after the slogan is included into them the stickers will be priced as cheap as possible.

GENTLEMEN (and lady)- The shirts are officially in production. Black and purple are getting done FIRST, TONIGHT to be exact. The White shirts will be done tomorrow, so I will have these shirts but I STILL CANNOT POST IN THE GROUP BUY SECTION AND I PAID MY FEE, I am not sure what to do about this as I want to start taking actual orders tonight and I will have Pics of the actual shirts. I pm'd Yuri and he forwarded it to moderators for me(thanks Yuri) but still nothing and its been a day. I am ready for this.

So I decided to start up a clothing line in the near future and I figured why not get some feedback from some zilvia members on what you guys think of my first design. I AM NOT TRYING TO GET SALES OUT OF THIS, THE SHIRTS ARE NOT MADE YET. I am just trying to get feedback from good ole zilvia.net before I jump into something and lose everything (im 19 and dont have much). So be brutal if you need to be and tell me if you think this is the ugliest shirt youve ever seen but this one is my favorite thus far and I'm throwin it out there. Mind you this is all from scratch on a computer program I learned how to use in high school. EVERY OPINION HELPS ME OUT IN THE LONG RUN, thanks much.

Clean design. But you may have to rework it. Depending on the width of the lines in the car, they may be too thin for a clean screen print. Not all of the lines just a few. But I like the design alot I would deffinatly spend money on it. Keep the car. It makes this sort of statement more bold. ++

The thickness of the lines look way too thick the arrow on the wheel overlaps the wheel itself, looks like it can be done with a sharpie.

You also may want to finish the rear of the car, behind the driver side mirror, unless its a convertible.


All in all, don't pour all your money into this.

Yeah usually car shirts don't have to many customers because they all seem to have cars on them. You should take some inspiration maybe from skateboarding clothes if your looking into real sales. Pouring all your money into clothings that are made for zilvia geeks who don't really care what they wear regardless or have no sense in clothing test what so ever isn't usually the best idea. Also just to put it out there try making a clothing company that is directed to certain car enthusiasts, in your case it seems like your going after the drifting rwd crowd isn't usually the best idea because it will limit your customer potential base. Usually if your going to invest money into a business you should take some time to rethink your strategy and plan out what is going to be a profit to you and not what is cool in your own mind. Not saying your idea is bad, just might wanna rethink about investing so much and going broke.

Other than the stretched tires, I love it. Also, just finish off the greenhouse of the car, and just refine some of the details a little bit. For instance the corner portion of the headlights looks slightly off, and that grayed-out area in the hole in the bumper looks hard to print.

Overall though, I'd rock it. Please post it up when you finish the design and start printing. I'll buy one.

Alright, so I am back home from last night and the verdict is: I am going to take the advice on adding some detail to the rear wheel as well as check out whats going on with the corner light. Thinning some of the detail lines might take away from what I was originally going for but I will try it and see how it looks. You guys, thank you for all the pointers and opinions (even the bad ones, EVERYBODY will never agree on anything lol) and I hope you guys will rock the shit out of these in about a week. also I am gonna throw another design up for critique when i put these shirts up for sale.

As a side note, I'd honestly suggest doing something about the "y" in Jimmy due to it crossing out the driving section of the tagline. It'd be as easy as dropping the tagline into 2 lines. Another design no-no is the use of 3 typefaces. It really holds this back from looking professional.

**If you're getting these printed out of state or not in house, I'd really suggest proofs of the shirts for each size. Printing on the side in a specific spot will not look the same on all sizes.

OK, I have an appointment with my t-shirt guy tomorrow. Printing will be started tomorrow, as will the sale thread. As to answer the question on quality, thats what were meeting up for tomorrow. I want to have these shirts be the best quality possible while still being economical, the absolute last thing im gonna do is go cheap and have junk. So with that said I am really stoked to get this going and have you guys gettin the name out there. Word on exactly what colors the stickers will be made in (gold is a must) will also come after the meeting.
