off the top of my head, the only thing i could thing of is that your fuel system pressure isn't holding.

when your car is warm trying to unplug your engine coolant temp sensor and try to start it. It's not the sensor connected to your gauge cluster but the one that's connected to the ecu. my buddy had the same problem. he replaced the ECT and it worked.

Well is the starter turning over? What does it sound like when it's turning over? does it even sound like it wants to?
If it's turning over really slow I'd guess the brushing in the start are worn and it's just not able to produce the power once they get hot.

have you checked you ECT/CTS sensor. This sensor monitors the temperature of the engine and sends that information to the ECU to regulate the amount of fuel needed. More fuel is needed if the engine is cold; less if it's hot. So, if your ECT is telling your ECU it's cold when it's actually hot it's feeding more fuel than it needs.
