Ok, apparently he still sent the gaskets after he refunded the money. I got them in the mail yesterday and he even gave me a $1 bill.

I WOULD have still paid him, if I hadn't already used the money to buy 2 more gaskets + him calling me a "fucken baby".

Yeah, absolutely dismal communication, but he eventually got me my stuff. But 3 weeks is no where near quick enough to ship something. Especially with no response to inquiries.
