Just installed my Monkey Magic Tension rods yesterday and noticed that my Power Steering Fluid is starting to leak worse then I had thought, later in that day my HICAS light went on so I checked my PS fluid and it was empty just after two week of putting new fluid in. It seems to be leaking down on my drivers side tension rod area and all the surrounding area. Im assuming there is just a loose line somewhere but when I looked around I couldn't really see much since with the HICAS its really packed in there. Anyone ever have or seen a similar problem? If so please let me know if I should tackle the problem myself or take it to Nissan. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Clean up the p/s fluid mess, so you can get a better look as to where the leak is. &nbsp;Make sure all hoses are tight and secure. Then take it to the Nissan 100 point FREE inspection thing that's going on, HAHA &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

What kind of power steering fluid did you put in? Nissan uses Dexon 3 Automatic transmission fluid in there power steering systems.(at least our 240's) If you put regular Power steering fluid in your car it can make it leak worse then what it actually did.

My HICAS Light comes on when the engine is cold. So I just went up to Nissan to ask them if the power steering fluid was the same as the HICAS fluid (I didn't know). The above is what they told me 20 min ago.
