b4 i even start looking into how to do it (an please no flamming!!!) blew my tran pretty bad on my shit the other night an need to throw a new one on and was wonderin if it matter'd if the transmission was from a dohc going on to a sohc ka. jus wonderin cuz i kno they shift at diffferent points and what not but a few ppl said they should jus bolt right up i suppose. thanks for the help :D

same exact thing bro, just unbolt the stock tranny from the housing and drop it on out and bolt the new one in

i duno i jus see that u can shift higher on the dual cam so i didnt kno if it was diff. go ahead an talk all the shit u want internet tuff guy.

I didn't know that transmissions had REV limits. Now thats something new I learned today... haha

Although others were hinting at this, I'll go ahead and tell you.
Rev limit has nothing to do with the transmission.
Rev limit only has to do with the engine.
