That is because all the mutilations and ethnic cleansings occur on land with out our oil under it. If it is just a bunch of poor africans dying and we have nothing to gain don't expect the world to do anything. It sucks but the truth hurts. For the record I think it's fncked up.

yeah I did a paper on foreign oil last year and funny shit is that they discovered that africa has some of the highest quality oil in the world which means minimum refining...recently after that information became public the words "US involvment in Africa" were used for the first time in political documents in the White House....now there have been talks of putting US military bases in Africa to "help with the conflicts" and talks of giving out US weapons vouchers to leaders of countries in exchange for oil...so basically giving corrupt regimes that have histories of destroying their own peopl guns for oil....nice job America
