loose ipod headphone plug holder, any quick fixes?

so, where i put my headphone plug into my ipod is super loose and blown out. as if my ipod had a baby:goyou:
and now music only comes out of one ear. i used to be able to wiggle it and find a sweet spot, but now only one ear.
anyone know anything i can do for a quick fix? i dont wanna pay some nerd at mac store to fix it.

I had the same problem, I just used the warranty to get it fixed...

yeah i dont think there's really any "quick fix" when it comes to something like that, just take advantage of the warrenty (if u have one) and get it fixed

its never happened to me, but a friend said he was able to get his back to new with a soldering set
