i just got my KA-DE rebuilt, but now at idle it smokes a little. is that normal?

It may be some residual oil/coolant somewhere. Drive it like a grandma for a few days and see if it is still there. If it still smokes then take it back! I hope you had a reputable shop do the work.

still smoking, it only does it when it idles for more then like 30 seconds.

Did they rebuild the Head with at least new valve guides ?

it maybe assembley lube and oils burning off. it's very common when rebuilding engines.
who rebuilt your engine? does it come with a warranty? if the engine continues to smoke after a few days or 500 miles. if it's still smoking, take it back
