Question about Auto and Manual harness

i was wondering what is the difference between auto and manual EFI harness. I swapped in a manual motor+tranny using my old auto harness. just wondering if that makes any difference. The only thing i found is that auto uses a TPS plug and the manual doesn't. hope you guys can give me an answer.

TPS is the main difference, you're correct. The rest of the sensors are the same. The auto harness has the extended plug for the ATC and isn't wired for the manual lower harness switches, but that's it.

does anyone know why the auto TPS sensor has two plugs? i've searched around and i cannot find the answer.

total guess here, but maybe one of the plugs goes to the transmission control thing, and tells it to stay in gear if there is increased throttle demand, also if there is enough throttle demand, it will downshift. thats my guess.
