Hey Guys,

I've got a 1990 Fastback and I've installed Eibach Sportline Springs (1.5" drop) and KYB AGX Adjustable struts.  I'm getting alot of tire wear on the inside of my tire treads.  What can I do to correct the camber.  Are the eccentric bolts a good way to go or do I have to spend $300 on a camber correction kit.  Also is there a way to adjust the rear camber, or is there a kit to buy for that.  I don't want to slot out the control arms unless that is the only way to go. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You can buy eccentric bolts for the front for under $40....try www.enjukuracing.com. Make sure they're the "cam lobe" style...avoid the "ball" or "knot" style.
There is a factory camber adjustment in the rear. I'd try that first. But if that's not sufficient, you can get offset bushings for the rear from www.pdm-racing.com.

*edit:  the rear bushings are about $60.

LanceS13,

Have you used these on your car?  Is it enough to correct the camber after a 1.5" drop?  I've actually found these already, but I want to know if it's enough, or will I need something else.

I have the full Whiteline setup on my car. &nbsp;Rear camber is at 1.9 right now. &nbsp;I'm leaving it alone because changing out the bushings is a big job. &nbsp;I still have them sitting in a box. &nbsp; It'll take the better part of a day just to do that, so I'm leaving it for next summer. &nbsp; If you're really concerned about it, go ahead. &nbsp; One kit should be fine. &nbsp; You WANT some camber for handling, remember that.

With the ProKits, the bushings aren't needed...so I don't have those. &nbsp;I have the eccentric cam bolts on the front...I think they're good for a degree of adjustment. &nbsp;I had the kind with the little knot on the side at first and those rounded off after one autox...giving me the equivalent of having a 12mm bolt in a 14mm hole. &nbsp;2mm of play in the camber is not cool. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
