pop head is not retracting

i'm having problem with my pop-up light not retracting. i don't know what the problem is, i had already change the relay(H/L con) in the main fuse box by the battery, changed the pop-up motor and check the fuse box on the driver's side. everything was still good. so if anyone out there can help, i would appreciate it.

do they go up fine, but then won't retract? That's what happened to me. I could manually lower them, and when I turned on the lights, they would go up fine, but then never go back down when I turned them off. Turned out to be the combination light switch/stalk on the steering column. The contacts within the stalk had worn down to the point that it no longer worked. You can test it using a voltmeter and the FSM. Mine proved to be bad, and I bought a new one from Performance Nissan for about $85 shipped.
