aight so i got my w2 back and it SEEMS like i'll be getting a phatty return. but after using turbotax and fileyourtaxes.com it seems like i owe 98 fucking dollars! whcih means i wont be getting that phatty return! cot damnit. im not sure if im doing something wrong or the programs are being retarded. do you guys go to a specific place to do your taxes? anyone here have a 'special' person that does your taxes? if someone can help, that'll be great! this 'phatty' return will be going towards coilovers and roll cage... if i infact actually get the return.... let me know whats up ya'll. thank you:wavey:

I like HR blocks thing where you can harass a store if the program doesn't give you a good result.

Try taxslayer, maybe theyre a lil better. Then again, dont know your situation...some peoples taxes are just more complicated than others.

Tax person here lol

It all depends how much deductions you can get....

I would go with an expert, since they are up to on what you can and cannot write off...

I recommened HR Block, since they offer you the money upfront for a little fee, so you dont have to wait for uncle sam. They will also take liability for any inaccuracies i believe....

I think their prices are around $80-100 IIRC.

Go to H&R block. I've been going to them for the past 5 years.

I did my taxes last week over in LBC. I'm gettin a G back. Comparing refunds with other people with out knowing their situation isn't gonna help, ie what they claim during the year, how many dependants they have, writeoffs, retirement.

You can go to OCC and have them do it for you for FREE. They have students learning how to do it but before finalizing an expert checks it over. But, i got mine done from someone on Bolsa for $20
