Need help with Windows XP drivers

Well.. I'm trying to hook up my digital camera to my laptop.  It doesn't have a serial port, so I'm trying to run USB.  Then when I install the USB driver, Windows XP bitches that the driver isn't digitally signed.  After I swap between the XP cd and the Driver cd, the install program says it has finished with an error, and shit might not work right.  And it doesn't work right.
Any suggestions?  My camera is a Samsung 210SE.
I hate win XP.

Have you tried samsungs website for updated drivers?
Also (i hvae win2000 so don't take this verbatim) Right click my computer->properties->Hardware tab->driver signing and from there make sure it allows unsigned files to be installed (i doubt thats it but it doesn't hurt)

Go here (http://www.samsungcamera.com/com/) And click on the support tab. Then under DSC Camera, click on the 210SE and then go to "USB TWAIN Drivers for Windows XP"

Yeah. &nbsp;I downloaded and installed that driver. &nbsp;XP bitched that it wasn't signed, but Samsung said that it would be stable in XP. &nbsp;
My camera connects, downloads 3 pictures, and I get the big blue screen of death. &nbsp;Which I've never seen before on XP, but anyway... It says a hardware driver is screwing things up, and my computer restarts. &nbsp;And then I downloaded 3 more pics, and another restart. &nbsp;And now I can't download another picture without it restarting.
Any thoughts?

whenever it says that, ignore that digitally signed BS. when it gives you the option to insert the CD or just continue, try continuing. but, you've probably tried that by now. i'm surprised you got the blue screen of death. &nbsp;<img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cry.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':cry:'>
