i need help/advice

hey guys, i have some problems with my car maybe someone can help me out with .its a 1990 240sx with a ka24de swap no emmissions basically stock.for some reason i started the car today ,and its running really rough , blowing some white smoke, i checked the plugs,fluids,all the hoses visible stuff, i noticed oil one the exhuast manifold, smells like gas, coming out of the tail pipe. the top end was recently rebuilt, so i dont know whats wrong with it , heres a video of it running

were the valve seals replaced?

is the timing correct?
