WRX for S14 :SoCal

I have a 2002 wrx with 80k miles,converted rear to 04.It has a clean title and I am the second owner.Engine is completely stock except act clutch and flywheel exterior has Seibon Cf trunk,2 sets of wheels 18' Konig Imagines and 18'OZ superleggerras.I am usually on the Subaru forums but I am posting this here to get a trade for the car im intending to buy.I am looking for a clean title S14 with low miles looking to do a trade plus cash or might just straight trade (depending on the offer)

How much do you value the car at?

I have a s14 that i was going to sell for around 9k, but not sure what value of car you wanted to trade for.

KBB is $11,575 Fair 12,455 Good ,so I would say 12k .wheels,CF trunk and lo jack would be included for that firm price.
