well fist of all , this is what i get for trying to be cool like you guys.. LOL...

hello.. just bought some stance gr+pro coils for my s13 and had no prob. with installation.. the part that am cofused with is adjusting height on the front coils...

I tried this:

http://www.jic-magic.com/Files/33-F...ent%20Guide.pdf (http://www.jic-magic.com/Files/33-FLT-FAS-TAR%20Height%20Adjustment%20Guide.pdf)

which is exactly the same thing you do to adjust rear..

BUT for some reason every time i tried to spin the spring seat counter clock wise, the treaded part doesnt spin.. instead only the seat and the lock (b1 & b2) spin... until it reaches a point were it wont move at all..

why????? i tried thightening B1 and B2 but nothing even when the base lock is loose..

please help!!!!!!!!!!!

rears are done so whats wrong with the front ones???

there are 3 total collars.
1 under the spring.
and 1 above and below the mounting bracket.

the collar supporting the spring will constantly turn. that changes preload, which you don't want to add too much of.

you can adjust the mounting bracket to change ride height.

then you turn the collars (2) so it keeps the bracket in a fixed position.

but i shouldnt height be adjusted by rotating to threaded part in or out of the mounting bracket?(which doesnt spin)

all lowering/raising should be done by spining the lower mounting bracket

you have to loosen the collar above the mounting bracket.
The collar keeps the mounting bracket from moving and rotating.

thanxs. i was on the impression that the thread should spin into the bracket.. it didnt sound right that i had to remove the two bolts everytime i wanted to lower or raise
