90' 240sx hatch PROJECT car

I have an s13 hatch that i want to get 1200 out of
THE GOOD
-very little rust
-great interior
-kyb agx adj. w/ eibach springs
-16" enkei rims black mesh w brand new tires all around
-never been used 3" cat back
-never been used ka24e hot shot header
-no dents or any quarter panel damage
-clean as can be title
-rebuild kit for ka24e
-welded diff.
-Almost two complete ka's come with purchase
-there is no leaking
-comes with complete interior in great shape
-two sets of doors ( original electric or manual primer )
-comes with two transmissions 5 Speed
-coupe cluster comes with it
-rear aluminum uprights from 300zx go to

THE BAD
-body was pushed in about 1/4 inch but is pulled out now
-motor still needs to be put back together
-tiny crack in wind shield
-primer doors and fenders
-tiny bit of rust on passenger rocker
-the interior is stripped from front seats back
-rolling shell

....................Willing to trade ( i would love a corolla or another 240 )
