^Have you started to have problems with studs breaking on your turbo/ other parts of exhaust?

My buddys car doesnt have that bracket and he has SOOOO many problems with stuff coming apart it isn't even funny.

Well I'm running an SR downpipe on a KA-T, so my exhaust tucks way higher than before. I struggled for half an hour to try and make the cat line up with the bracket, and when I finally did it there was so much pressure that it bent the bolts, so I just took the bracket off. No problems so far but I'll keep checking up on it.

Dude I JUST bought one. It only lists for like $20 so why not just get a brand new one?

I don't have that bracket. After my MT sway it didn't fit anymore so I tossed it, to no ill affect (knock on wood)

i called up my dealership awhile back about the same problem (bolts were vibrating off the turbo extension/studs snapping/etc)

its actually like...two or three parts (not including the hardware) and nissan LOVES to make you pay for each individual part. the total between the parts was between 50-100 bucks.

Two pieces of flat stock, some hardware, and an angle grinder can make any bracket you need for less than $10.

I'd strongly suggest using something, it's a well known fact that a swinging exhaust system will eventually destroy the manifold and/or studs.
