ok so i just got a sparco evo 2 seat, i mounted it in my s14 but im too tall i sit really close to the roof, im 6'1, does any one know whats the lowest seat mount, rail i can use, its a side mount seat, i have searched but i cant come up with a direct answer, thanks for your help
bride low max rail? very solid very low for most seats.
nams d lock? what kind of seat rail are you using?
If your Evo seat is anything but the basic. Meaning L, XL they wont fit on any of those mounts. I had to make mine custom, since the stock mounts are kinda side and bottom mount.

i have the sparco sliders and base mont thats what im using, but im too tall for it so i took it out
Mine is "fixed" the only thing mine is the feet to a bracket then the seat. My seat does not slide back.

oh forgot have the brides on other seats the nams are lower once you flip the rear seat mount bracket on the rail...thats how I got it to sit on the floor or almost I couldnt fit my pinky under it and the seat still slides

um I was using the reg evo but the rails or brackets to the seat from rails do move in and out a bit....I think if you had to make a small mod it would still me worth it

what ever rails dont have the a cross piece that connect to each other so the seat can fit inbetween them instead of on top is the way to go and I never noticed a diff from a platform style rail...

It wont fit in a bride rail by a long shot but if you want to go low you kinda need to use those rails unless you custom fab something... What I do is add tabs on the side closest to the door which mounts them wider and put the seat in. It's slightly off center but not really noticable only problem I have had is you have to move the trunk/gas door latch...

yeah i heard that too, i was going to go with the nams/Nagisa Sidemount Ultra Low Seat Rail, they look like they would fit

Those probably won't work, but not sure. I have an evo2 that I got with some bride rails, and it didn't fit (not by a long shot). Ended up having a friend make me a fixed bracket that puts the seat *right* along the cat hump...can't get any lower.
I think that's about your only option since the seat is wider than the jdm-sized seats.

Take a picture of your installed seat so I can tell you what you're doing wrong..
