well i recently bought a used orc super single clutch(s13) i am looking at rebuilding it before install just to make sure everything is right and i dont have 2 change for a while.
i am looking to possibly upgrade disks that hold more power. maybe a rebuild kit with new throw out bearing ect ect.
i figured a few jdm die hards could chim in and help a brother out.

Just don't get that shit from bulletproof.
It took them six months to get me my orc TOB.

that's a great clutch. you'll love it. i have a os giken twin plate and getting parts isn't as easy as going to autozone. but aaron pointed you in the right direction!

there aren't any upgraded discs, just sprung and unsprung hubs. the clutch is exactly the same as blitz single plate so just order the rebuild kit through someone that can get blitz pars (phase2 being a good place to start).

if thats the case can you upgrade the orc to twin disk like the blitz active?

according to them u can with the blitz. again just seeing my options.
you can get the TOB and sleeve from nissan.
*The release bearing outer diameter is 67,1mm.
*And, this release bearing is also the original of NISSAN.
*NISSAN original parts number is "30502-14601".
Therefore, You can also buy it from NISSAN.
And then, the sleeve bearing is only assembly in ORC.
The sleeve bearing assembly type of ORC is B type.
*You are not able to buy the individual of sleeve bearing from ORC.
*However, this sleeve bearing is also the original of NISSAN.
*NISSAN original parts number is "30501-N1600".
Therefore, You can also buy it from NISSAN.

why's it so faded? but yah, I installed a blitz active single clutch on a customer's car a little while ago and I compared it to my ORC super single clutch that I had and they were identical. For some reason the blitz does not come with new flywheel bolts, but my ORC did.

proably the flash on the camera. its very shiny gold color in person.
the fact that the orc is a much lighter unit than a normal clutch setup mated to my carbon fiber 1 peice drive shaft and lack of ac setup. with the greddy pully setup i should rev pretty quick.

No. The housings of a twin plate and super single are different.

well, according to even the blitz website there is an upgrade kit to make a single plate into a twin plate
Koopa Troopa

Yeah, the Blitz website... ORC and OS Giken Super Single carriers are alot smaller than the twin plate carriers.
In order to convert you'd have to buy the housings for the twin and then it would have probably been cheaper just to have bought a used twin in the first place.

in the pic on their website, it shows only one clutch disc and the mid plate with the risers for the flywheel. so I'm assumming you would need to buy one more clutch disc and the top mid plate to make everything like brand new. if you go off of msrp :$1160. you'd probably be able to find it for aroun 1k, maybe even for around 900. not bad, still cheaper than buying a new twin setup and it would still be pretty much new.

I have the cusco super single, its the same as orc and os and no I dont think it can handle a t67...I was feeling slip at under 400 whp...but rhdjapan is the place to go and just dont replace the disk get the friction plate as well..

I just installed a ORC 409 and its slipping on my car, now im thinking of rebuilding my OS twins that I just pulled out. Yah the plates on those are done!!! Like koopa already stated, you gotta get the carrier too, I know the TOB set up on the OS that i pulled out isnt the same total thickness as the ORC one. And even after installing it, the engagement is still lower than the OS one, even after I adjusted the pedal.
