For a drag radial, alot of people have run 235/60/15.
Full blown slick would be around 26x8-15 or around there, depending on what you want your gearing at.

if your going to get slicks, more sidewall = better. Try to stick to a 15 or 16 unless you are going to run a 28 or 30 inch tall tire, which you dont really need to do. How wide of a slick you need depends on how much power you are making.
I have 26x10 for 15s for my car. And then look into weld drag lites. 15x8 with 4 1/2 backspacing.

thanks for the info man.
I have 265 rwhp prolly will just throw slicks on stockers since it wont matter with my 18s in front.
so with that what would u suggest for my power on stockers?

26x8.5x15 mickey Thompson slicks
they fit great on rotas
i cut 1.5 60's with them on my car
^^^^ about the os giken clutch, you should try and look for a used one because the discs are replaceable and itll never go bad

Those are my slicks Next to 255/40/15. With 265whp a 8 inch slick will do just fine for you. Putting the stockers back on the front will help, less rotational mass that the car has to push.
