need a good tuner shop for Greddy e-manage

hey guys.. my buddy needs a tuner shop that tunes the GREDDY e-manage
he has a KA24DE that is turbocharged and installed bigger injectors with the Greddy E-manage ultimate. Does anyone know of a respectable tuner shop that tunes the e-manage ultimate in Southern California? Thanks

I was actually trained by japanese grandsons of samurai, and forced to drink black milk tea and sushi while learning the ways of tuning the emanage.

actually it was terrifying, i made john go through the best, and toughest in both spiritual, and technical issues to this day. (i'm one of the grandsons go figure)
