Is the S13 and S14 covers interchangeable? I imagine it's the same, but could be different. Please let me know!

ooh I checked courtesyparts for the part # and it dosen't have it individually (without the cylinder head [s13 (http://www.courtesyparts.com/betasite/240sx-s13-1989-1994/genuine-nissan-parts/engine-mechanical/111-cylinder-head-rocker-cover/-c-1418_1419_1420_1424.html)] [s14 (http://www.courtesyparts.com/betasite/240sx-s14-1995-1998/genuine-nissan-parts/engine-mechanical/111-cylinder-head-rocker-cover/-c-3690_3691_3692_3696.html)]) so I called then and confirmed that they are.

The upper covers are different, FWIW.
If you use an S13 cover on an S14 head, you'll get an oil leak behind the distributor cap - There's a little spot there that will not be sealed.
Same for S14 cover on an S13 head.
SO...lowers seem to be the same (based on the reply above mine), but the uppers are different. FYI.

That's odd, I didn't have that issue on mine. I used both upper and lower s14 covers on the s13 block I put in my other s14.

Lower is the same, upper is a hair different behind the distributor.
