There's a 10A fuse in the driver side kick panel labeled ENG CONT, no matter how many times i replace it, it will blow as soon as i start the car... anyone have any ideas?

you do anything to the wiring recently? or changed the battery?

That's the circuit for the brown wire at the ECU, supplies power to both O2 sensors and all the EVAP solenoids. Instead of busting ass to trace it, do this:

Unplug the MAP-BARO solenoid, the EVAP purge solenoid, the EGR-C solenoid, and both large plugs in front of the intake manifold, above the throttle body. Try starting it now. If it still blows, unplug both O2 sensors. It should not blow now, period. If it does, pull the passenger side kick panel and unplug the EVAP harness going to the rear of the car, it's below the F3 plug. As soon as you get the fuse to not blow, start plugging each item back in, in reverse order. The one that blows the fuse is the culprit.

There's numerous solenoids like in the front, so drop under the car and unplug each one, follow the same diagnostics.

found on a customers car his maf was turned sideways and was laying on the bracket for the charcoal canister, which shorted the wires straight to ground,
