non turbo crx spanking moded sti??

hey guys i have a friend claiming that his buddys crx beat a momded sti.

the car he claims has a swap. dont know which one. its "built" for n/a.

i couldnt believe this and gave my argument why not. but at the end the guy kept to his story. now im pretty sure this is almost impossible but is there a way a nonturboed crx can beat a moded sti (i dont know what mods besides a exhaust and "upgraded turbo")

is this possible?

and if it is. what swaped u think it is??:bs: ????

I've seen a k20 hatch beat a black sr20 coupe... I think the CRX is lighter isn't it? All the k20 had was intake exhaust and headers... I think its possible.
