I'm not saying the actual owner of the car is the same person selling this,
I think it might be a stolen pic or something..
I can only Imagine the amount of work it must of took'n for a conversion of this magnitude.. its 100% converted!!

There are two local R33's "legally" registered as S14's with S14 vins.
While I would never go through all that trouble just to go through even more very serious trouble if I ever got caught, at the same time I have to think, why is it such a huge deal to drive an imported S15 or an R32 in the U.S.?
I know it has to do with crash testing, but do the police officers seriously care that much about your life that they're willing to crush your expensively imported car, put you in jail possibly for years, and make you pay outrageous fines? If it came down to it I'd probably rather crash and die in the car than go through that. People drive those cars everywhere else in the world and they're perfectly fine, the police go about this as if these imported cars were about to randomly blow up in a nuclear explosion any minute.

those 2 r33's are illegal anyway you cut the shit. Registering it as a whole different chasis/car doesnt mean anything. Thats chop shop type shit.
BMV doesnt physiclly check the car to make sure its a XXXXX XXX XXXXXXXXX.
There is so much crap to get into about everything you posted, But everything has been covered on vast amounts of forums. Crash testing is a fraction of legal cars.
Hell im looking for a HCR32 for a track car, I could care less about driving a JDM car on the street. I could get away with driving it on the streets here, but its an investment i dont want to end up paying for a paperweight if the wrong cop pulls me over.

yeah I only asked cause i mean I was thinkin who is really gonna know? Even if a cop pulled u over and ran the license and registration and you pull out one for a 240 is he gonna know? doubt it....and if he asks about the RHD tell him its a conversion....I mean I could imagine cops in a place like cali being up on their import knowledge....but im pretty confident that I could drive an S15 with 240 tags around where I live for probably the next few decades without any cop ever knowing the difference, I pop the hood and tell him my SR is a KA why would he question me? prob no idea what either looks like or the difference ...if I had to guess Id say most cops dont know their imports and if they couldnt see the emblems probably wouldnt know the difference between a 240 and an accord

that doesn't make it any less of an unarguable felony. they day you get caught (read: the day you're in an accident, at fault or not, and a claims adjuster, who DOES know what cars look like, inspects the damage) is the day you take it in the ass, and hard.

Why are you selling a S15 as a replica? Its obviously not a replica considering its 100% S15. Im sure you didnt skin the roof and pilars yourself. Selling a car with a chop shop vin from a car over 10 years older is illegal.

I will put $5,000.00 on it that he swapped the vins. I asked him to show me the state appointed VIN that started with S15-xxxx and he said the vin they gave him was the one that comes up as a 1992 Nissan 240sx.

Kendall does not swap Vin numbers, they are 100 percent legit cars.
My friend owns an R33 that was bought through Kendall and it is a 50 state federalized car.
As far as that ebay auction goes..... If I didn't know Kendall then I would think that was a scam as well but I don't think Kendall himself created that auciton. He usually doesn't mask over the truth or actual fact of whatever car he sells so something is amiss.

I used to work with Kendall and have seen quite a few of the cars he has sold around MS. The cars I have seen and checked out have been legal and I have never heard of any VIN swapping on any of them. If you want to say I am connected with him then go right ahead, but you would be wasting your time even typing it.
We never took a liking to each other really, but I am not going to knock him by saying untruthful stuff about him or what he does. I do not know the specifics of the legalization but I do know the cars he had have all had titles and state issued tags on them. I would have gotten the green S15 he had if I had the money, but God only knows I am drowning in debt at the moment so I didn't. All I have seen are nicely built and/or well maintained cars in his posession. If you are close enough to MS and want a car, check him out. If not, flame on like every other internet occupant.
