I shipped 2 wheels with tires, and 2 wheels without to New York for $98.

This should actually be around $120-$150 to ship since all 4 have tires.

You also have to factor in what he has to go through to package them up, take time out of his day to drive them down to a drop off location, and make sure they arrive in the same condition as when they left his hands.
