This is a pretty rare sick setup that no one usually runs because of the custom work involved. But i am running it right now and is made for a SR in a S13.

RB25 NEO T28 ballbearing w/ T3 backhousing
Custom stock SR mani
Custom downpipe w/ "screamer" pipe
Oil lines
Coolant lines

The turbo has ceramic blades made made for quick spool but those blades can only stand to run at 12-13 lbs.

Im asking around 800 obo for everything

Serious inquiries only, best way to reach me is by phone : 954 274 3751

Thanks, Phil

you might want to let people know that the neo turbos are dual ball bearing as well. spool is super fast.

well picture it this way, its the same specs as an S15 T28 with a bigger backhousing and ceramic blades made for quick spooling on top of being ballbearing. I would expect mid to high 2's, maybe 3's on a good tune and other upgrades to support the turbo.

first off its not a T28 front side its strictly a T3 hybrid second off you can easily hit over 300 hp with that turbo . It came off an engine rated at 280hp from the factory at 7 lbs of boost.
