Are these wheels okay?

Im thinking about getting a set of these. only $399 for the set! the sizes are 17x9 +24 and 17x10.5. i dont know the offset for the 10.5's...
I have an s14 but not sure if these will look good on the car. here are pics of them on a mustang though. they are sold at this website:
