I have been having transmission problems for a while now. The car is a 1995 s14 ...KA + automatic. I pulled the code and clear the CEL. The code was "116 - A/T 4th Signal or TCC"...according to ka24development.com
Any idea how to resolve this problem. I know the trans has been acting funny but I dunno if its mechanical (trans itself) or electrical (ecu or sensor).
I appreciate any help
Thanks

Oh yeah I started a thread when I first had transmission problems..but basically the transmission feels like its slipping like it won't hold torque. Like say if your driving, and then floor it, the car will go all the way up to 6k, and even bounce of the rev limiter near 7k :-/ b4 shifting. Normally I think it would shift at like 5500 or 6k under hardriving.
During regular driving it tachs high before it shifts as well when..sometimes up to near 4 or 5k, when it use to shift at like 3 something I think.
Also looking up what "TCC" means I found it means Torque Converter Clutch. So I'm assuming this is torque converter related.
So with that said let me know if you guys get an ideas
