First off, is it possible to put the SR20VET Head on the DET Block, I read somewhere that it has better air flow, and of course the VVL.
Second, I've heard about someone putting a SR20DET GTi-R Head on a S14 Short Block, with the GTi-R Turbo and a side mount making 270WHP on just 7 psi. I was wondering if anyone else had heard about that, and if they had if they knew how built the motor was.
I plan on putting a S14 SR20 into my 180SX and using the HKS Step 3 Head System and Cams, and using a GT35R to help with the new 9k rev limit :2f2f:lol. Also I was wondering if I went the GTi-R route would that setup even be possible. From what I've heard/read the GTi-R head seems like a pretty damn good way to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if any KA guys are reading this hit back on your browser, because fuck the KA, all 3 of the ones I've had, have only caused problems. I'm onto smaller and better things now.
