does anyone know what this wire is for??? I found it burnt, after i replaced the stock intake on my s13 (btw i have a dohc engine) ohh and recently my cars been idling really rough and I hardly get any real power stepping down on the gas. anyone know whats wrong?

if you follow it all the way down and see where it leads, you'll see what it's for, its really not that hard. it appears to be the wiring for the power steering. at full lock, this sensor bumps the engine idle up. it might also be for your AC.

Wrong. That's the ignition condensor.
