View Full Version : cnc staging brakes- what size fitting??

i'm trying to piece together a hydro ebrake setup. but i don't know what size the fittings are on the master cylinder on the actual staging brake. the in/out in teh pics

EDIT: i emailed them but didn't get a response. i'll call them tomorrow but I doubt they're open on Sunday

FYI, traditionally the "ebrake" has been rear brakes only. "Staging" brakes are front only. They're meant for drag racing. You use the staging brakes to lock the front wheels in the burnout box and to prevent creeping at the line.

Note how the front brake line comes in and out. This diagram is meant for front brakes. If you want to use the brake handle for rear brakes you will need to tap the rear brake lines.

I can tell you right now it's best to go straight to the source. Nobody else is going to know.
If you still can't figure it out then drill and tap the port. If you still can't figure it out then don't bother.

i know its meant for the front. i just wanted to know the exact fittings so i can see how much everything would cost and i have some fittings here that was going to try to use.

Call them. If not then drill and tap.
