I want to buy the NISMO carbon fiber horn button, none of the other ones so please don't offer them to me.

they are discontinued i believe. i had to cut into mine a little bit so that it would fit my momo race steering wheel

You can buy a Nismo steering wheel from ebay that has one. Pay $150 or so for it. They're real Nismo wheels, but they're just not all in the best of condition.
