I got a 8500 X50 and i won't go anywhere without it. i know this thing as saved my ass a few times, it's even better when a friend has a cheapo cobra rader and he was behind me goin 80 (in a 65) i was doin a bout 85. at 230 am on the freeway and mine went off before his and his never went off.

Used to work at Best Buy, he's selling it lower then Employee Discount... I have the Red Unit, I got my friend the Blue Unit. The Unit is sick, only second to Valentine @ $450.00+.

Do what I did, get the hardwire install kit, $20.00 from Best Buy, and can mount it without having to plug it into the cig lighter, taps into constant 12v AND still has a mute button to let it know "I got the point".

OH, and its also Illegal in Washington D.C. and for use in commercial vehicles... as it is with all radars in general =D

dude honestly this is CA you need these detectors, Cities Allocated thousands of dollars to put laser radars on multiple lowkee highways, mine is amazing worth every penny so bump it up
