figured you guys could use some decent tools at a good price haha

Sears (http://slickdeals.net/?pno=11203&lno=1&afsrc=1) has 10-piece GearWrench end wrench set (Metric) for $30 - 20% auto off in cart = $24. Choose store pickup to save on shipping, otherwise it's $7.50. A similar set in Standard/SAE (http://slickdeals.net/?pno=11203&lno=2&afsrc=1) is also available for the same price (albeit without store pickup)

that'd be a sweet deal if they were craftsman... good find though.

it says lifetime warranty, but is it the same as the craftsman one? where when it breaks, i can walk in, grab another one off the shelf, hand the cashier my broken one, and leave?

Supposedly you can just like craftsman, but I don't own any gearwrench tools so I am not 100% on that.

I own a couple of gearwrench, and I was told at my Sears that they have the same warranty as the craftsman. For that matter, on some of the craftsman one is you look close they say gearwrench...
And yes thats a very good deal, those things are expensive but a life saver, especially when doing tranny and engine work.

Here's an additional 5$ off coupon for tools n stuff. You can only use it for in store pickup, not online orders

http://www.sears.com/ue/home/5Offcoupon.pdf?sid=ie_12082_D_x8&sid=I0084400010000100383&aff=Y

I did the online pick up, tried my best to get that 5$ gift card if they're longer than 5 min, but they finished my order in 4 min 40 seconds :damn:

then went up to the tools department, gave em my coupon and they refunded 5.21$ back to my account.

How are you guys getting that 20% instant off in the cart? I couldn't get that one

i can vouch for gear wrench, used to work at sears back in the day, we use to sell the gear wrenches and replaced them when they went bad, so they do have a lifetime. shouldnt be a problem replacing it as long as they continue to distribute gear wrenches. i was there the other day as well. all sold out, but im sure they can order it or just buy it for that price on sale, and pick it up whenever they have it on stock again. shouldnt be a problem.

i just picked up a Gearwrench ratcheting wrenches from sears. lifetime warranty and $10 less than Craftsmen ($60, $70 for Craftsmen). save a few bucks and i do believe that their warranty is just like Craftsmen, as far as a replacement.

used them once so far and they work really well. im happy with the quality of the tools as well. deffinately reccomend them as a company :)
