ight im trying to remove my crankshaft pulley today and i really dont kno wat to do? the FSM book really doesnt help me on this al it says is to use a puller. yea but do i take out the big bolt or wat anyone help??????? for a KA24de:bite: :bite: :bite: :bite: :bite:

Take off large bolt in the pulley. If the motor is still in the car, pull the e-brake. Put it in gear, and it shouldn't turn. Loosen the bolt.

Then if you have a pulley puller use that, or use a rubber mallet to tap it off.

As for the oil seal, just to let you know you will have to demolish the old one in order to get it out. So don't worry if you do. The new one pushes right in, give it a couple of taps with the mallet, and reinstall pulley..
