Does flan NEED to be refrigerated? I let some sit out for 8 hours... Throw it away or eat the ish!?!?!

I know its made with milk, eggs, etc....but it is cooked... What to do?!

mmmm, depends. if the flan was exposed into high temperatures, it means= dont eat it, but if still th flan was outside, and the temperature was fine(means if the flan wasn't melted) i guess u won't be intoxicate it. i am still alive, and i ate older stuff(but also, how old was the flan, i mean when it was made), the flan process is weird. u have to bake it, so i don't think is gonna be bad. only if it was too old
