Hey guys! i just got my SR20 today and i have most of the vaccum hoses off my KA and labeled appropriatley. I have taken out the fan, radiator, oil, intake, resonator, as well as wiring harness to the engine.
Everythign looks fine and we will pull the KA tommorow, but i have one concern i would really appreciate if you guys could help me out. When i put in the SR, how will i know where my KA vaccum hoses go.. are they mostly the same? what about added lines for the turbo? if you guys could please give me a list of changed lines and where they go or where they need to be capped i would really appeciate it and be in your debt!
I would like the install to go smooth and good.. i know i have not slapped it in and see if it worked or not but the more educated i am about this the better.. thanks guys!
p.s. please see clasifieds if u got turbo SR stuff for sale..
thanks again guys!! any special tips for the install? i visited all the major websites and got all the major info.. the one thing i couldnt find info on was the vaccum hose issue.
Also, i got the S14 SR engine manual from silvia australia, all it said to do was remove fuel lines and vaccume hoses but there was no detail there...
