you know, a Break away steering wheel would work, and in the chance that he carries around one just like yours then maybe a custom lock in pattern ( talkin about the shape of the thing you put the wheel onto) could prevent almost anyone from driving away in it, unless of course they are REALLY smart and have a universal fitting steering wheel, then your boned, maybe buy a quick release gas pedal XD
