My dad bought this in 1993 from Nissan with 3 miles on the motor, ever since it has been only driven by him (not even my mom). Hes not sure on an asking price so he said to start a price around $12,000.

I have seen Z selling in that condition with about 20K for about $25,000. I would change the price to reflect that. Get on Supraforums and PM BLKMAGIK and ask for his approval to sell the car. There you might find people with money to buy that.....

I got a PM about its "current" condition. like as a real life condition. if you know anything about taking pictures of cars, teh flash brings out ever little flaw and almost every picture was used with a flash (noob to cameras then). so that should show you alittle something.

Just to give you an idea...
I have a 1990 300ZX Twin Turbo for sale. I am the second owner of the car. It has a little over 100,000 on the body and 73000 on the motor and turbos. The original engine was replaced under warranty in 1993. Over the past 7 year I have put 13,000 on the car. Its mostly a garage queen for me. The interior is a 10/10. I would have to rate the exterior a 9.5/10. There are some small rock chips on the front of the car and two very small door dings. One on the drivers side fender & the other on the passenger side door. The one on the door is not noticeable unless looked at it from a side view in the right light.

I have done $10,000 in maintenance over the past few years. The car was services by Rob at zcargarage in San Jose.

I am setting my asking price high because this is a well cared for vehicle in pristine condition. It has received mobile 1 full synthetic oil by the previous owner and myself. I have recently replaced the tires <500 miles ago with Bridgestone Potenza RE750's. The original owner changed out the front crome wheels with another set of TT rear wheels, this way they are all the same size at all 4 corners.

The stock stereo went out on me last year so I replaced it with the following:
JL audio stealth box
MB Quart component speakers up front, coaxial in the rear.
Infinity 6 channel amp
eclipse head unit with I-pod adapter.

The stereo sounds much better then the stock unit with crisp highs and mild bass.

i saw a 99 vr4 3kgt that had 6500 miles on it and the dealer wanted $36g, and a guy came in with a matching 3000gt and he was going to trade his old one for the showroom one.

you can get way more.
