Considering you have an auto and that's a 5-speed, it won't be "a direct replacement".
Now if you want to do a 5-speed swap then you need to search.

So you want to make you car manual? Simple. Buy a clutch kit. Resurface the old flywheel.
You need to drill the holes for the clutch pedal which is the only modification you have to do to the car. The rest is the way you took it off is the way you put it back on. I did it myself when I was 14. GL!

Resurface the old flywheel.
You should check to see if the flywheel is reusable or not.

The (vague) questions presented have been answered (thanks Ken), and could have very much been answered with a search, as can any remaining questions.
I will close this now.
