How much brake fluid is normally in the system?

Can anybody tell me how much brake fluid there should be in a S14 with ABS (if that matters?) and z32 front brakes.

It seems like after bleeding the system i had used barely any brake fluid, I just wanted to make sure.

well if you think about it, how much fluid can those small diameter brake lines hold? not much. So I usually just buy one of those 1 liter bottles and I still have a lot left over. I think a 12 oz small bottle would actually be enough. And thats for a whole system flush and refill.

i'll tell you tomorrow, i'm replacing my rotors and pads front and rear and flushing the system.

Haha. I bought 3 ATE Super Blue containers and barely used half of 1 and that was used to flush my entire braking system. Go figure, oh well it's good to know I have a lot of backup.

It's about 2qts to flush the whole system. I get a 1L cause it's usually cheaper.
