I did purchase these, and after 3 weeks or so, he contacted me telling me they were never shipped! Then said he would refund me. I asked if he still wanted to sell them and he said yes, I said ok, then ship them out! Another week later, still not shipped, so I said just refund my money, and now I have a Pending refund in my paypal!
