Are you asking, telling, or asking for opinions if it would be the best setup?

asking opinions on what I should change, or what would be the best ... sorry i didn't make that clear, hehe.

I didn't see any upgraded shocks or struts to handle the decreased ride height and spring rates. I would definely be adding a set of adjustable shocks since AFAIK the ground controls are just a sleeve coilover that still requires a shock. Personanly I don't trust those too much for serious racing (not that I have any experience) but I would either go spring/shock or full coilover.
In the case of full coilovers, I have my heart set on some Tein HA's. (I really want to get a group buy on these). Everything else sounds top notch. To keep up, I would defintely recomend getting better springs and shocks before the $$$ camber plates and stut bars.
Also, better wheels and tires (lighter wheels, stiffer stickier rubber) will make huge gains in performance as well if those aren't upgraded yet either. This forum and freshalloy.com have had a lot of sus. related threads in the last few weeks so you should check up on those too.

oh, and best application for what? I assume great handling but will it see track time? What type of driving and how much. All very important to sus mods.

I plan on doing alot of things with the car ... a reason why I want to leave things adjustable. dragging of course <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> auto-xing, maybe some drifting, lol I'd have a lot to learn on drifting.
... Anyone know anything about the Cusco adjustable upper arms?

Anyone have feedback on the Zeal Function-S Street coilovers and price?
I would love to get the Zeal Super Function, but that would be rape!
I have Tein HA's on my other car. They are very nice, and adjustment is very easy. Only thing I'm not crazy about it is the shock casing being made out of steel. After 2 years, it has started to rust and the paint is bubbling. I don't even drive this car in the winter. Tein doesn't offer any aluminum body coilovers for my Prelude <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>
Be carefull when your using threaded coilovers regardless of make. Either apply WD-40 on the threads every 2 weeks, or put some anti-seize compound on them every year. This will prevent the collars from seizing.
