this man knows where its at haha...

that white one is a c35 laurel... i really want a 100 cresta bad... but i have a feeling when it comes down to it... im gonna end up stickin w/ nissan and gettin the 35 laruel lol...especially since wifey's already gettin a 100 chaser

maybe i cas sell the series 2 motor to one of you guys in the states so i can put an ESSAAARR in it (pretty common swap -as is it is the older laurels and cefiro as well)

I love old school. They don't make em' like they used to. +1 to the money pit comment. I wish I had the time/money/space to buy a few cars like that and restore them.

*sigh Just gotta keep playing the lotto I guess...

Toyota also made some good stuff back in the day. The 1st-gen Celicas are gorgeous.

Woah, looks almost exactly like the skyline except the rear of the window points down instead of up.

i saw this in a magazine, and i thought it looks like a midget version of the old skyline, pretty cool and with that paint it reminds me of madmax

http://www.terencelau.com/uploaded_images/classic-celica-liftback-ble-713995.jpgI'm in the process of restoring an old school Celica right now. The money isn't the problem, it's the availability of components. It can become troublesome to source parts. Luckily AE86 suspensions bolt right in.

Tits. I think that would be the word to describe it back then. Except no one in America would have thought it was tits back then.

I'm surprised there wasn't one of these in that Nissan garage in Japan. Or was there and no one noticed.
