lol that's like saying me or you or other people who sell a lot need to be advertisers.

I only have one of each so it not a group buy,which is not allowed. But since its not a group buy, I'm pretty confident I can sell these without being a Zilvia advertiser.

You still mentioned you are Ebay....that to me says you sell a lot. Contact RJF to set up a vendor/advertiser account.
