Any from 1990-96

The 1990 N/A Z32 are 26mm

1990 turbo, and all 91-96 Z32's are all 30mm.

Where can you get the adapter for the brake lines?  I know PDM sells them but they are $100.  I read somewhere you can just buy your own fittings and put them together but which ones do you need?  Also do the calipers just bolt right in place of the 240's or do you have to adapt that somehow?

Yes the Z32 brake calipers bolt on.  You will still use the 240sx brake caliper bolt, not the Z32 one.

You can custom make your our lines, IIRC the fitting is an AN 10 or ZUMthing, don't qoute me on that !

$1200 sure is a lot.

For the rear you would need the whole rear brake assembly.

Heat shield with e-brake lines (Has the drum brake), hub, calipers, rotors and all the bolts and stuff.

Also, you could fit the Z32 spindles, but if would take some work....... but it sure does save a lot of un-sprung weight, not really worth it... unless you want a track only car.

EDIT: Also, you'll need new rear brake lines.
